When will my item be delivered?
After you place an order on our website, you’ll receive an email notification confirming your purchase. Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days, and delivery can take between 7–20 business days depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with tracking information so you can follow the status of your package at any time.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account with us has several benefits, including:

What should I do if I forget my password?
If you've forgotten your password, simply click “Forgot password?” on the login page. You’ll be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.
What happens if I entered the wrong email address?
If you made an error with your email address, please reach out to us at hello@glowtail.com so we can update it for you. We can also assist with changing your name and shipping address. However, please note that once an order is placed, we cannot modify the order itself.
What payment methods do you accept?

How secure is my online order?
Your security is a top priority for us. All transactions on our website are secured with SSL encryption, ensuring your payment and personal details are safely processed through a secure network. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we may still be able to modify or cancel it. You must contact us within 30 minutes after the order is placed. Once the packing and shipping process begins, we cannot make any changes. If your order is cancelled after payment is authorized, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once your order is processed or shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order if you need to update your address. We recommend using your home address instead of a work address, as we cannot predict how long customs may hold the package.
Can I return merchandise?
Yes, we have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in its original, unused condition, with tags still attached and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@glowtail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions on how to return the item. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
